Pike Creek Mortgage has partnered with various third-party servicers to service its mortgages. Pike Creek Mortgage can assist you with your home lending needs if you are interested in refinancing or purchasing a new home.

 How do I know who my servicer is?

A welcome email and letter have been sent to you introducing your new servicer. You can also find your servicer’s contact information on your monthly mortgage statement.

A mortgagee clause in an insurance policy reflects the name and address of your mortgage lender or servicer. This entity is listed as a co-payee on insurance claim payments due to its financial interest in the property securing the mortgage loan.

Please ensure your insurance carrier has the correct Pike Creek Mortgage mortgagee clause and your Pike Creek loan number on all applicable policies:

Insurance Claims

If you experience a loss to your property, we are here to help make the insurance claims process as smooth as possible. For information on insurance claims, claim packets, or to submit completed documents, please call 1-877-592-0192 to speak with a representative.

As part of the claims process, you may receive a settlement check payable to both you and Pike Creek Mortgage. Please call 1-877-592-0192 and a Customer Service Representative will provide instructions on how to endorse and process the check.

Why is my mortgage company listed on the insurance check and what do I do if I receive one?

Your mortgage company is listed because it has a financial interest in the property. This helps ensure the insurance funds are used to repair the home and protect its value.

How do I order a payoff statement?

Log into your account using the link below and select “Pay off your loan early,” then follow the prompts. You may also call our Customer Service team at 1-855-379-6450.

Can I make additional or larger loan payments?

Yes. You can make additional or larger loan payments at any time. Extra payments are applied to your loan principal and may help you pay off your loan sooner.

Year-end tax statement (1098)

Pike Creek Mortgage issues an annual Year-End Tax Statement (Form 1098) for income tax reporting purposes through our trusted partner, E-File Magic. This statement includes the total interest paid and any property taxes paid from your escrow account (if applicable) during the year.
